Barbara is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who received her nursing degree from Fanshawe College, Victoria Campus, London Canada. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Loyola University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in the field of Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the field of Nephrology & Hypertension and Travel Health prior to joining Prime Occupational Medicine in February of 2014. She is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and as an Advanced Practice  Registered Nurse. Barbara is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Also, she is a nationally Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Barbara is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
