PRIME offers independent medical examinations (IME) which are provided by a team of certified independent examiners.  These exams help to gain understanding of the employees medical condition.  The information gained is used to develop a treatment plan and to determine the degree of injury or permanent impairment.   IME’ are most often requested by insurance providers when there is a question about what treatment may be needed or what permanent disability rating should be given.
